My natural curiosity and unique career journey have fueled my exploration and work in understanding behaviors—particularly their context, causes, and impacts. Some of the domains I am interested in are: organizational design, incentives, communication systems, decision frameworks, and people strategy.I love to tackle problems with an optimistic outlook and ask questions to creatively identify group blind spots.
