As co-owner and partner at AZAlerts, I played a role in elevating the platform's approach, transitioning it from its fan-initiated roots to a professional and commercially viable platform. My responsibilities mainly included taking care of the graphic design of the pages, and I am generally responsible for the social media and financial policies.

AZAlerts provides an online platform to fans of the Dutch footballclub AZ Alkmaar. We can be found on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. AZAlerts boasts an annual social media reach of over 20,000 followers, 500,000 unique accounts reached, and 10 million views. Additionally, our podcast averages 1,000 listens per week, and our website receives 5,000 daily visitors.

For AZAlerts, I primarily designed annual social media templates and maintained the overall brand style. Additionally, I created unique artworks for key events, such as big matches.

As management trainee at McDonald's, I play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, while continuously enhancing my skills to be the manager of tomorrow. My responsibilities encompass a spectrum of tasks, from coordinating efficient workflows and ensuring optimal customer service to managing crew up to 30 people at a time and fostering a positive work environment. I am dedicated to upholding McDonald's high standards and creating an atmosphere where both guests and crew members feel valued.

In my role as crewtrainer, I was entrusted with the task of training and cultivating the skills of new crew members. In this role, I was shortly responsible for trainingsschudeling and training of new crewtrainers. The primary emphasis in this position was on the continuous improvement of our existing crew.

In addition to my involvement in the routine operations of the restaurant, I held the responsibility for managing the restaurant's employee engagement platform. I contributed by delivering information to crew members in an engaging and visually appealing manner. This was achieved through the implementation of custom, consistent visual and textual templates.
