Neal has been involved in the sales and marketing of Construction Services & Building Warranties for over 18 years; initially for Zurich Building Guarantees then nine years, with Premier Guarantee and most recently with GHPC Group. In this time, he has worked with a wide range of developers, builders, social housing providers and brokers and has established strong links throughout the industry. In addition to direct sales and marketing Neal has been involved in the running of seminars, conferences and responding to government consultations covering major industry changes. To Q, Neal brings a strong commitment to high standards of customer service and quality, believing that this has played a large part in his success in helping to build substantial market share and forging strong, long term relationships with clients and industry professionals in his previous positions. Neal qualified as a military engineer whilst serving in the Army and has a national diploma in business studies.
