Our proposal provided solutions that enabled our team to deliver and manage end-user IT services, communication and collaboration tools, end-user devices, and applications for the agency enterprise.HIGHLIGHT #2: I was the only Business Development resource for the $139M Task Order award from REDACTED. On this 10-year contract, we provide best in class IT Support Services (ITSS) to manage, operate, maintain, support and improve the agency’s robust IT enterprise, services, and processes. Our proposal solution provided day to day operational IT services necessary for agency users of voice, video, and data systems. It also provides engineering, implementation, and support of all new projects and technologies.
