Work directly with various stakeholders within ATTO to drive revenue targets while balancing the voice of the customer and ATTO resources.• Sucessfully sold consecutive OEM solutions to NetApp’s Metrocluster Business Continuity solution, resulting in multi-million dollar programs running for several years of revenue.• Received NetApp 1TEAM Award for “For Execellence in Execution, Grace under Fire and Restoring Customer Confidence”• Provided technical ownership for certification testing for NetApp E-series storage arrays and ATTO products.• Created training for onboarding new Technical Specialists and Customer Engineers allowing them to more rapidly achieve success in their roles.• Work with Product Management as well as Engineering to prioritize customer driven feature requests and customer bugs.
