I maintained a Utility Engineer status briefly and managed to earn the Building Engineer title very soon after. I began working at One Pacific Square for about 5 months at which point I was noticed by another Chief Engineer and given the opportunity to grow at the Benj. Franklin Plaza. At that time, I had assumed the responsibility of taking care of all prevenative maintanence at that building while also answering most all tenant calls as well. I continued relevant courses at PCC during that time.
