I am currently working on launching a new exciting sustainable bottled spring water company. We are resurrecting a spring that was used by the Oakhill Brewery from 1767 and we have a committed to building a business that works in harmony with our beautiful countryside.We have spent months designing and manufacturing beautiful glass bottles that will be reused as many times as possible. Each bottle will be collected from our customers and returned back to the spring for washing and refilling. We want to make sure nothing gets thrown away, or even needlessly added to the recycling systems making sure our impact is as low and as positive as it can be.We will be supplying our unique water to local west country businesses who have a commitment to sustainability and a desire to work in a better way.

I am responsible for the overall performance of the company including the product development from initial strategy including the launch of the MVP in January 2016. This is a continuously evolving product whereby I define and manage the roadmap based on data driven insights derived from our customers’ behaviour. Initially the product was built in London and post launch I selected a new team of developers to take over in Poland helping us increase our work rate, save significant amounts of money and overall becoming a much more efficient company. I have been able to set up a completely data driven AGILE model which has proved to be very successful, increasing our work-rate and product evolution accuracy significantly. Part of my role is to define and set the businesses KPI’s, driving growth through membership acquisition; turning members into loyal shoppers. This is all driven by data insights and through the use of CRM and social media channels. Through a better understanding of our customers we are able to deliver relevant content and money saving deals that help our members save throughout the year. These insights also help us deliver a better product experience wherever we can.I am also involved with the fundraising process where we have successfully raised over 4.5 million to date. The technology innovation plays a key role in this process alongside our approach to data analytics and consumer insights, which are proving to be increasingly valuable to the business.As a start up my role covers many disciplines from concept definition, business case development, marketing, branding, social media management and activation, SEO, Taxonomy structures for analytics, detailed user experience and business workflows including editorial planning, commerce, reporting and last but not least the technical implementation.
