Led user research, experience design, strategy creation and action planning for 85+ innovation projects across 15+ verticals from mobility to B2B industrial equipment, with some of the most admired brands in the world, including Target, HP, Clorox, Audi, Samsung and more. Together with my teammates and clients: I defined growth opportunities and envisioned the future of transportation, IoT, logistics, mobile devices, office workspaces and healthcare. I helped build design as a strategic asset and helped innovation leaders tell more powerful stories. I helped leaders with their digital transformation as they transitioned their organizations from physical to digital to omnichannel and using web-based tools and UX to deliver solutions that people love.I developed new categories of vehicles, new services and business ideas in logistics; UX screenshots and flows for digital services; design roadmaps for consumer electronics; new business concepts for industrial products; product ideas for CPG; merchandising ideas for housewares and product platforms for food. I guided our firm’s automotive projects, advising Ford, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, GM, Audi, Hyundai and others, shaping vehicles and driving, buying and ownership experiences in times of change, like the shift to EVs. Day to day, I collaborated with teams to deliver actionable insight and strategic recommendations for our clients. I coached and mentored clients and teammates in their growth, leadership development and cultural stewardship.

I facilitated the design and engineering of everything the customer sees and touches on the exteriors of the completely redesigned Ford Explorer, Mercury Mountaineer, and all-new Lincoln Aviator. This drew upon my engineering background, design strengths and people skills to collaborate and solve the myriad feasibility and aesthetic challenges of a complex high-stakes product in a large, multi-layered organization. We brought the team to agreement on nearly every component of these vehicles' exteriors to make each one a compelling, cohesive product for the customer. I participated in upfront product architecture decisions and planning for those vehicles, and facilitated the reconfiguration of a pickup truck for global markets.
