Launched and grew Hillair Capital into a $120 million fund investing in small and micro-cap public and private companies. Identified new investments, driving due diligence and deal structuring.

Ardour Capital is a leading financial institution in Energy Technology, Alternative Energy and Power, and Clean and Renewable Technologies.

NATK, through its wholly owned subsidiary, uses patented technology to process recycled plastics, used tires and other mineral fillers to manufacture engineered composite components that are a longer-lasting alternative to hardwood or concrete in structural applications. Currently, it became the worldwide leading provider of composite railroad ties, and on a weekly bases consumed over 300 tons of plastic and rubber from 15,000 used tires.

Product / Businesses covered included all Enterprise Stackable switching, SMB networking, and IntelliJack products representing over $400 million of annual revenue.

Developed the international strategy for NBCi, originated and executed deals, and built the organization to implement this plan. Led team of over 25 business, technical and product personnel in San Francisco, and teams in both Europe and Asia
