Neal Kushwaha is a recipient of the Royal Humane Silver Medal of Bravery and commendation from the Governor General of Canada, an international bilingual speaker, a guest lecturer at Stellenbosch University, and a motivational speaker. He operates an Ottawa based consulting company, IMPENDO Inc. (member of the Paris Call) serving governments and international agencies as clients. His research and consulting fall within the cross-section of cyberspace, security, law, policy, and politics.Working on his PhD, he has written and published papers on cyberspace related to the International Law of Armed Conflict (LoAC), International Humanitarian Law (IHL), International Human Rights Law (IHRL), sovereignty, policy, doctrine, and technical matters.
