As VP, Business Administration, I run the digital arm of sport specialists IMG. We're lucky enough to work with some of the biggest brands in sport across Europe and North America.At a league/federation level we work for NHL, NFL, Rugby League and the R&A. And club clients have included FC Barcelona, Juventus FC, PSG, Newcastle United, Green Bay Packers and LA Galaxy to name a few.As one of the co-founders of the business, I oversaw growth from zero, to revenue in 8 figures per annum and always highly profitable. The business now employs around 70 people in the UK and USA.In 2021 as part of our business exit strategy we sold Seven League to Endeavor Co and are now part of IMG.I have extensive experience both at an operational and strategic level in the field of website commercialisation, website development, customer support, marketing and business integration.I started in the online space in 1998, initially with LineOne, an ISP joint venture with BT, News Corp and United News & Media. There I was responsible for all aspects of developing the Portal business, specifically the sales, editorial and development teams.I was then part of the management team responsible for securing the deal to sell LineOne to Tiscali SpA. I played a key part with integrating the three ISPs that Tiscali owned in the UK into one business and one brand.I undertook many roles within the Tiscali UK organisation and played an important part shaping pan European online media strategies. My last position was Managing Director Media Services & Business Alignment and I was part of the UK Executive Board.Amongst the functions that I ran during my time at Tiscali were all aspects of customer operations, marketing and customer acquisition, customer retention, online development, editorial and online sales. I joined TalkTalk PLC when they acquired the Tiscali UK business. Reporting directly to Charles Dunstone I ran the Media Division of TalkTalk and was also responsible for managing the relationship with AOL.Prior to working in the online space, I worked in the video games industry running European marketing for Interplay Productions.
