Years of experience managing and developing other's restaurants prepared me to assist others with their hospitality operations as a consultant as well as operate my own restaurant. I identified the property, purchased the real estate, raised the necessary capital for the project by developing an investment group, developed a concept, created a budget, oversaw construction, completed build-out on budget, hired the team, and now operate the restaurant, which was profitable by the end of the first full year of operations. I also continue to serve businesses with hospitality consultation under the company FABLEHOSPITALITY. I conduct wine education, presentations, seminars and dinners.
