Early into my role I was chosen to head IT strategy. I placed a moratorium on new investment and switched focus on fuller utilisation of existing systems, leveraging our existing investment to maximise the quality of MI across the business.When Mrs Crimbles was approached for acquisition I was chosen to head up Mrs Crimbles Due Diligence provision just six months into the role. M&P Food Products is the holding company for a diverse family owned Group of Companies.
