Black Advocacy Coalition works to achieve an empowered and united Black voice advocating for the advancement of racial justice and equal opportunity in all spaces of society for all Black people in Canada’s North.

- Designed an FSL grant proposal for South Sudan and secured $5 million with DFATD- Set-up program structures for FSL program in South Sudan, - Developed Program Implementation Plans- Designed Program evaluation Plans- Mainstream Gender in the FSL program, developed gender training manuals - Created project governance structures at county and group levels,

- Coordinated community development programs - Developed a 32-week curriculum on Community (Economic) Development, social justice and eldering- Workshops facilitation on community development, social justice and eldering - Co-created 40 Community Development projects within Calgary

- Designed the “Go 4 Great’ in school and recreation mentoring programs for BBBSC- Worked with more than 500 youths from refugee and immigrant background in Calgary involved with the justice system- Chaired a project advisory committee for stakeholders working with vulnerable immigrant youths - Designed mentoring policies for BBBSC on working with youths from refugee and immigrant backgrounds.

- Helped to organize workshops on Gender Based Violence (GBV) and empowerment for refugees at the Kakuma and Dadaab camps in North Eastern Kenya- Assisted with the drafting of the Regional Development Plans for Kwale district in Kenya- Participated in developing sustainable agricultural and pastoral programs for refugees and IDP communities around the Kakuma and Dadaab refugee camps in Northeastern Kenya.- Assisted program development officer and manager in developing project proposals- Assisted the program manager in the development of project reports and work plans- Worked with stakeholders to coordinate project meetings and reports
