With over twelve years of international experience as a management consultant, Swedish diplomat and entrepreneur, I have had the opportunity to work in both the public and private sectors. I have successfully developed and sold services and products in the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. My strong project management skills and entrepreneurial approach to business have been crucial to my success, enabling me to funnel complex thoughts and ideas into clear strategies with actionable steps.Diversity is a fact, inclusion is an action. To drive these actions from a business perspective, I founded Teint. In November 2021, we launched our first product: plasters in various skin tones, which have achieved significant success and are now available in all major Swedish pharmacies. Our plasters demonstrate what action can mean in diversity and inclusion efforts. Today, large international companies are using our proprietary methodology to accelerate their diversity and inclusion strategies. We primarily work with executive teams, HR, and communications departments.
