Collecting data and identifying our unique value proposition to customers to achieve competitive advantage.Project managed and delivered to completion the outsourcing of internal customer support process to a third party vendor through a tender process with vendor evaluation procedures. Project included QMS fulfillment with detailed Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions throughout the organization.

Established TSS regional office in the Middle East and enrolled first clients such as GlaxoSmithKline and United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot, World Food Program and supported existing clients in the region to create visibility in secondary distribution.Identified, assessed and signed distributor agreements in the region. Project lead pilots with UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention and managed submission of Public Private Partnership agreement.

Created a unique health care and life science community of Swedish companies looking for business opportunities in the region through a tailored program of business activities. Managed a team of consultants that delivered the business opportunity program. Project managed the participation of Sweden at Arab Health - the worlds largest health care and life science exhibition, with high-level governmental and business representatives.Executed several projects including analysis of business opportunities, establishment projects and distributor search in the region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran and Egypt.

Identified business opportunities for Swedish companies with the aim to increase Swedish export in the region and to re-build a post war Iraq. As part of the core team executed several high-level delegations in Iraq including C-level representation from some of Sweden's largest companies, such as Ericsson, Volvo, Scania, ABB, Sandvik and Atlas Copco.
