Current- Received and responded to user requests via Deltek’s case tracking system via telephone and email, with a focus on professionalism, speed and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and execute hardware repairs on HP/Xerox printers, Lenovo/ Mac computers, and Cisco IP phones daily
- Managed technical desktop support for both remote and on-site employees, following specific processes and guidelines to ensure consistent, efficient task completion.
- Followed up on open troubleshooting tickets to ensure proper response and satisfactory resolution; keep detail-oriented documents regarding problems and solutions; and apprise customers of project status and resolution.
- Perform quality control on a range of tasks and projects, including acquisition-related and project-based hardware migrations
- Image, configure, and deploy multiple Lenovo/ Mac computers on a weekly basis
