I assisted the team in adopting a SCRUM methodology and also assisted in product planning, project delivery and coordination of resources.Metcash:Delivered and maintained a personalised marketing campaign that targeted Metcash customers using a range of Analytical algorithms.Commonwealth Bank:Lead a team that was to deliver an internal analytics product designed to allow frontline staff to check their KPIs as well as to perform general analytics on a range of datasets provided by a Data Warehouse.Woolworths:Delivered a solution which allowed Woolworths employees to view key business metrics in a variety of innovative visualisations powered by data sources hosted on Google infrastructure.Optus: In this role, I was brought in to assist with delivering insights and reporting on a range of different campaigns. The role involved substantial work with Business Intelligence tools, namely Tableau and Qlikview. I also developed a custom easy-to-use ETL tool still in use.Zurich Insurance: In this role, I was brought in to extend Zurich’s existing Data Warehouse to accommodate several new Life Insurance systems.Secure Vault Exchange (SVX) In this engagement, I was responsible for modelling and implementing an application that allows customers and SMEs to manage and share personal and financial information in a mediated fashion.
