Manage the planning, design, deployment, and execution of large-scale engineering projects dedicated to improving capital and surface efficiency, pumping times, and safety. Projects include new fracturing capital equipment, including electric and dual fuel, software/hardware solutions and process improvement.HIGHLIGHTED PROJECTS  Alternative Fuels Fracturing. Working with engineering, operations and business teams to implement >$300 million of electric and dual fuel fracturing equipment across North America. Ensure business cases are profitable before capital is invested, equipment passes inspection and is delivered on time, design jobs, organize training for operators, monitor progress of completions, work on NDAs and MSAs with vendors, design gas conditioning with 3rd party and ensure power generation specs are met. Working with Oil and Gas companies on overall fuel savings and TCO by switching to gas powered frac fleets compared to diesel.  Asset/Inventory Tracking Project. Saved $15MM annually by effectively tracking 300,000+ assets at fracturing locations across North America (1MM + globally: Middle/East/Africa) and eliminating the need to acquire unnecessary assets.  Job Tracking Project. Saved 100,000 labor hours annually by deployment software to frac crews across North America and enhancing visibility to the second.  Pump Monitoring Project. Saved $20MM annually in consumables, increased job efficiencies by 10%, and improved safety by allowing the teams to predict pump failure and reduce downtime.  Numerous Equipment Development Projects. Saved $10MM annually while capturing time savings of 50% in rig up activities and 50% in stage transition operations.  Fracturing Pump Improvement Project (slated to save $120MM annually).  Continuous Improvement Projects Across North America that improved the number of completed stages per day. Specifically achieved a 29% increase in stages per day for a Permian Basin crew.

Developed fracturing design projects regarding coiled tubing and jointed pipe fracturing operations while leading the design and deployment of technical enhancements to meet the specific engineering and production needs of sites across the globe, including Australia, Ecuador, the Middle East, U.S., Canada, and Argentina. Led field well completion projects and fracturing designs with technical personnel in Calgary while building client relationships, leading meetings/roundtables, driving quality assurance/safety, and providing comprehensive engineering support at field sites/fracturing locations.  Led Numerous Well Completion Projects using sleeve/ball drop systems, plug and perf, zipper, coiled tubing and jointed pipe (CT - 2”, 2 3/8”, 2 7/8”, JP - 3 ½”), fully isolating packer systems, anchor systems, sand plug isolations, and sleeves.  Promoted to the Role of Senior Engineer in Only Three Years.  Hired, Managed, and Trained Engineering/Project Teams while providing consultative and servant leadership. The initiative ultimately became the standard in the Bakken jetting operation.  Tapped as the Onsite Safety Leader to design solutions that mitigated risks of accidents, injuries, and losses. Led safety meetings, enforced the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), ensured OSHA compliance, monitored equipment health, assessed down hole pressure, and corrected unsafe actions.
