Managing Retail and SME business for largest bank in Montenegro. Running team of 250 employees. From 2015 to 2017 sales increased for different product between 20% and 40% per year. For mortgage lending which was our focus sales increased 55% for 2015, 60% for 2016 and 50% for 2017. For 2018 all KPIs were met with 100% or more. This was achieved by optimizing sales tools, introducing new processes and products, and based on improved sales motivation system for employees. I was responsible for Marketing Department, Product Development Directorate, Mid-office Directorate, Sales Directorate and Branch Network.

Focus of the program was to centralize number of bank activities and to improve processes for 33 focus areas like Accounts Management, Cash Loans Processing, Teller Application, etc. Program consisted of 5 projects and 33 focus areas.

Responsible for Bank Operations departments: Customer service, Retail Back-office, Domestic and International Payment operations Back-office, Cards and eBanking Back- office and Archive and Expedition. Running team of 35 people.

Focus of the program was to deliver new processes (more efficient and secure) and mitigate some operational risks in 16 areas of the bank: International Payments Management, Role-Based Access Control System, Branch Network Systematization, Cash Management, etc. Program consisted of 16 projects.

Project manager for: Defining IT security regulations and synchronization to OTP Hungary standards; Institutionalization of Sales department; Implementation of eBanking systems and establishment of eBanking department; Migration of core-banking servers; Payment cards processing – Implementing security procedures and security infrastructure; etc.

Responsible for yearly plans, budget management, organization, sales and development of eBanking products, yearly CAPEX and OPEX planning, synchronization of tasks and projects with OTP bank Hungary. Running team of 20 people.

Responsible for different projects: Migration of core-banking software in Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka; Defining IT strategy for Nor Akunque (commercial water supply company in Armavir, Armenia), creating business processes for new software.
