-Advise 300+ students working towards a B.B.A in Management-Provide supplemental advising to students applying to professional schools-Collaborate and build relationships with faculty in the College of Business-Instruct First-Year Academic Seminar course, including the preparation of materials, arrangement of guest speakers, and grading of coursework-Complete course registration on behalf of incoming freshman and transfer students-Refer students to resources on campus, such as the Career Center, Learning Center, and Counseling Services-Track retention rates and graduation progression using Excel, DegreeWorks, and SSC Campus-Adhere to FERPA regulations while handling confidential materials-Participate in professional development opportunities, such as additional software training and NACADA conferences

-Provides administrative and academic support for students, faculty, staff, and administration-Maintains, programs, and monitors registration and course schedule systems-Maintains rooms assignments, course registration, semester schedules, and fee assessments through the facility management system-Provides customer service to internal and external constituents-Trains department secretaries in schedule creation-Enrollment Management Customer Service Committee Member
