Development and support of a CRM system:- Development of the client side in JS and the server side of the product in PHP, from scratch;- Database design and query optimisation (MySQL); - Optimising and setting up caching with memcached.- Integration with external services: senpulse, clickmeeting, twilio, IP telephony and payment systems;- Integration with the client's personal account;Development of Telegram bots:- Development of bots for deferred news posting;- Development of bots for customer support that interact with the CRM system and the client's personal account;- Development of training bots for passing tests;- Development of a bot for collecting customer requests.Some of the bots were implemented using PHP and data storage in MySQL, some using Node.Js and data storage in MongoDB. Additionally, we integrated with the SendPulse service to send notifications.Integration with ChatGPT for auto-responses to users in the support chat.Creation of personal user accounts:- layout and creation of the server side;- development of an authorisation and authentication system to create an ecosystem in products;- integration with the CRM system for the interaction of individual modules;- integration with the clickmeeting service to create and conduct webinars;- development of a module for training, with a progress display and a future reward system for customers;- development of interactive marketing modules;- integration with payment systems, including cryptocurrency payment systems.Additionally:- Developing an Android application using React Native, publishing the application in the PlayMarket;- Creation and launch of webinars on the Clickmeeting platform;- Setting up sending automatic emails through the SendPulse system, setting up bots and support chats for websites;

- layout of single-page and multi-page websites;- integration, installation of ready-made layouts on WordPress;- development of a system for distributing traffic from contact forms on the site between different CRMs, with a statistics module and the ability to receive information on each client;- development of a token on ERC-20 to pay for digital goods within a closed community;- development of a Node.js+Telegraf bot for car monitoring, with an AutoRia parser;

Start-up, development of own product.The product is in the development phase.My role:- idea, creation of a roadmap and visual interface;- development of the server side and database design;- setting up email/sms/bot notifications for users- development of personal accounts with different types of access (owners, administrators, tenants-landlords, users, security)- integration with webcams and access systems to buildings, access control systems.The idea of the project is to create a management system for apartment buildings, residential complexes and business centres.
