 In charge in all licensing portal projects for DUBAI projects such as DDA/DM/RTA/DED/TRAKHEES etc.  Performs in process and final Inspection as per the drawing, and necessary specification/QMS requirements. QC site instructions and coordinate their closure, the review of inspection test packages during the course of instruction activity. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.  The issuance of non- conformance reports in conjunctions with the Site Engineer/Construction Manager. Ensure compliance of all site’s health and safety regulations.  Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and customers contract specializations.  Responsible for project materials and ensure that the materials delivered to site are matching with the approved materials requested.  Develop quality control reports, post project reports and detailed progress reporting.

 Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth project implementation within schedule and quality. Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project site. Manage the operation and construction of multiple project sites. Inspect the construction site to monitor progress assess conformance to engineering plans, specifications/ construction standards Enforced relevant safety rules at site and made sure that the personal protective equipment is worn properly. Conducted daily briefing with site team to follow up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delay with regards to planned task. Overseeing the selection of materials and ensuring that the materials used and work performed are as per specification. Motivated teams to deadline through regular site visits and inspections, problem-solving accordingly and eliminating bottlenecks. Evaluated existing procedures and made proactive adjustments to meet changing demands. Report to project manager on the progress of work, resources utilization and manpower status
