A seasoned legal professional with over two decades of diverse experience in the legal field. I began my journey in law with over 10 years hands-on experience in litigation, mediation and arbitration in South Africa, specialising in labour, criminal, commercial and family law. Over the past 15 years in Cyprus, I have specialised in all aspects of corporate law, governance, international banking and compliance, both in Cyprus and other international jurisdictions. This includes having authored and reviewed a wide variety of legal documents. I have developed and executed legal strategies and advised clients on various projects ensuring the best outcome whilst ensuring compliance with all local and international regulations. I have authored several articles on a variety of legal topics, sharing insights and fostering discussions within the industry. I am passionate about continual learning and constantly strive to expand my legal knowledge and beyond. In addition to law, my other passions including reading and writing, which led to to obtained my IELTS Academic and Yoga, for which I hold an internationally acclaimed teaching certificate. As a qualified yoga teacher, I teach small private groups and have also hosted corporate wellness events for various corporations.
