Working at the Sustainable Business Center, my work focused on streamlining institutional sustainability.Assisted in the creation of a food hub for local, organic farmers located within driving distance of Galesburg.Conducted research to discover potential participants in this local food endeavor, and reached out to interested parties via phone and email to gain support for the food hub. Designed posters detailing produce availability during the year, specifically for use in kitchens so chefs see what is in season and plan their menus accordingly.

Led classes in Foxtrot, East Coast Swing, Salsa, Tango, and Waltz. It is most gratifying guiding my students on the dance floor, and seeing their satisfaction when they pull of a difficult step.Through this position I have vastly improved my interpersonal, teaching, and time management skills, and gained valuable experience directing a large group of people.
