Delivered presentations to attorneys and tax advisors providing legal education and promoting its expertise and success. Assisted outside counsel, negotiated rates, timelines, assessed performance and provided feedback resulting in lower company legal and operational costs and expenses. Structured and facilitated real estate transactions which required preparation and review of contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other corporate and legal documents.
