I'm an undergraduate from Sacramento State University, who studied Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. I worked for CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) for two-and-a-half plus years in the healthcare, retail, and manufacturing and distribution (M&D) industry blocks as an Associate. My work at CLA primarily consisted of tax compliance for both individuals and businesses. However, the services that I provided clients were all encompassing, and often involved financial adjustments in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). I also was member of the Young Advisory Council (YAC) at CLA and assisted in numerous recruiting events for resource development and procurement. Based off my high academic performance and professional experience, I was fortunate enough to be one of the twenty-one students selected to join cohort ten of Sacramento State University's Business Honors Program (BHON). This program exposed me to numerous facets of business, but specifically immersed me in management information systems (MIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and project/supply chain management. Lastly, I spent four years as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT for the Pleasant Grove Fire Department.This wide range of experiences has introduced me to numerous amazing people while also providing me with valuable soft and hard skills.
