Group NPS increased by 10% in 2019. Implemented a bespoke customer-obsessed culture within BrewDog Retail through a series of intense F2F training and coaching sessions at all levels. Group compliance improved by 35% in 2019 covering licensing, food safety, COSHH/HACCP and Allergen training. Took the company from 15% certified employees to 100% certified (1000 people) in 6 months.
