Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in a number of states (North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, Georgia and Wisconsin) and a LEED AP BC+D accredited Professional. Also held Master Mechanical Licenses in Iowa, Georgia and Wisconsin. Extensive experience in mechanical engineering and construction of all sorts from Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing to Industrial and Institutional Work. Managed construction crews of HVAC Service Technicians, Sheet Metal Workers, Plumbers and Pipefitters and entire mechanical construction operations including management of project managers, budgeting and P+L responsibility. I have also been the principal engineer of record and have designed work in the same type of structures listed above. Extensive estimating experience including conceptional and programming budgeting. Have worked in all levels of project development and management from project inception, budgeting, programming, designing, construction, implementation, completion, warranty and on going service and maintenance operations. In the last few years I have been concentrating more in design of mechanical systems and the project management associated with mechanical engineering projects along with mentoring, training and developing engineers.
