With locations in the U.S. and Canada, and a network that serves customers worldwide, we have stayed true to our mission of providing incredible hi-rail equipment, specialty attachments, and long-lasting wear solutions to meet the demanding needs of our railroad customers and contractors.I also have the honor of serving as Vice President of Good Earth Tools, Inc., another family-focused company that has been a leader in tungsten carbide-protected wear parts since 1964. Based in Festus, Missouri, we’ve spent decades pushing the boundaries of wear part technology, guided by a passion for building a company that provides excellent quality and solutions, great value, and long-lasting durability—both in our products and our partnerships.Beyond rail and wear parts, my business involvement extends to Ever Extruder, LLC, where we take the same family business principles into the food processing industry. We design and manufacture high-production equipment that’s built to drive efficiency and performance for pet food and aqua feed producers around the world.In addition to my roles within the companies listed above, I’m proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Escalade Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of sporting goods and recreational equipment. Since joining the board in 2004, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the company’s growth and strategic direction. Currently, I serve as Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee, where I work closely with the executive leadership to ensure strong governance, competitive compensation structures, and alignment with shareholder interests.
