Those who have a passion for private aviation know that they must be unique and have excellence as their goal in order to meet customers' expectations.As a business class flight attendant, during nine years of growing with “Emirates”, I have learned that good organizational sense and listening skills can make the difference in delivering the best customer service, especially when combined with creativity and attention to detail. I learned that real hospitality is when your presence makes your guests feel at home, and that the first step in exceeding guest expectations is knowing them.
