•Performing of Molecular testing of DNA or RNA such as qPCR, real time PCR, RT PCR .extracted from peripheral blood, bone marrow, tissue (fresh, or paraffin-embedded), cellular body fluids, CSF with automated (Aurora, Zybio, Qia symphony) and semi-automated extraction system. Conduct testing of DNA and RNA running with Real time PCR (SLAN-MYGO-ROCHE-ABI device), Nested and Semi Nested PCR and gel electrophoresis and also nasal sampling.experiences in cell culture activity. Performing of cell culture including of harvesting, subculturing, virus inoculation and cell counting.•(6-7) years’ experience to work in Medical Diagnostic laboratory testing. Understand and operate a variety of laboratory equipment (Biochemistry analyzers, Hematology, Immunoassay analyzers, spectrophotometers microplate reader (ELISA reader), Microbiology, Urine analysis and blood sampling.Interested in learning more about knowledge and experience in laboratorie's Technics of Virology and Immunology such as flow cytometry, cloning and etc.
