Manager Planning Forecasting
Current• Maintain adequate inventory level across All channels, including the proper flow of allocations and replenishment purchase orders to drive customer satisfaction.• Manage monthly Open-to-Buy and Assortment Line Review process and report out on key metrics such as sales, turns, in-stock, aging and network balance.• Ensure execution of supplier lead-times and replenishment attributes based on the supply chain and item eligibility set by assortment and space planning.• Achieve sales, profit and inventory related objectives through efficient planning and analysis.• Ensure mass transfer requests for stock balancing purposes are executed.• Facilitate store communications as it pertains to quantity levels and other critical planning and allocation details.• Oversee consistent, accurate planning and analysis procedures are utilized throughout the financial and assortment planning process.• Partner with Senior Planning & Allocation Manager to develop financial plans.• Develop accurate Sales, Inventory Levels, Purchases, & Spend forecasts that support business strategies• Execute allocation strategies to optimize inventory, including new store assortments and replenishments
