As a talent management executive falling in the talent management department, I along with my team were responsible for different events and programs including the 'Enactus Development Programme', 'Team Building' trips, organizing the 'Annual General Meeting', and any other events to bring all members together including 'Thanksgiving dinner' and building bonds between and within departments, Lastly, Member tracking which involved evaluating each department and all members within the Enactus society in University of Nottingham, Malaysia campus and then coming up with solutions to any issues recognized and overall improvement. In particular, I was responsible for the 'Enactus Development Programme 2' which was a workshop held for members of the society including non members with the theme 'A step Closer to Social Enterprises'. PichaEats Malaysia was invited to host the workshop and refreshments provided too. The event was a success and received positive feedback. This event taught me leadership, teamwork, communication skills, coordination to mention but a few.Holding this position allowed me to grow in several ways. Firstly, pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me new skills, allowed me to work well within a team and coordinate with other departments, taught me leadership, cooperation, dedication and commitment. Last but not the least, it gave me friends i'll always keep and a family; the Enactus family

- Devise ways and means of financing any and all club activities requiring funds, in cooperation with the appropriate committee.- Working hand in hand with the Board of Directors and particularly the treasurer to deduce methods of fundraising and maintaining club funds.- Assisting all avenue projects that involve funding matters and cashflow.
