Oversee all invoicing, scheduling, trainingand involvement of facilitators- Improve operational work flow on Venture Programming team through integrationswith existing software; working closely with the MaRS IT team- Work with existing ONE Network partners and members to provide program services,updates, and reporting- Develop and update marketing materials to promote programs with the assistance ofthe MaRS Communication team. Create new brands for programs and increase demand- Survey and report on programs on a monthly, quarterly and annual bases. Providemonthly updates to MaRS teams to increase visibility of impact from programs.- Review survey results and ensure to maintain high satisfactions with core programs.-Make adjustments in facilitator allocations to ensure fit between facilitator, topic andparticipants.
