• Active working on creating and filling in candidate database• Conducting process of recruitment and selection of candidates according to existing plan of employment and present needs of the Company• Performing the internal assessment process for FAS employees and giving recommendations for their future role • Supporting Line Managers during interviews.

Main assignments:- analyzing and interpretation of student’s learning, development and achievements- assisting students in handling their problems related to studying and school- communication with students and giving advice in solving problems such as lack of motivation to study, emotional disturbances and social or family problems.
