Consultant
In 2019 October, I was recruited to draft and finalize a grants proposal for a Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) fund to introduce livelihood programs in the remote coastal regions of Bangladesh. During this assignment I conducted a series of meetings with the coastal region experts of Concern Worldwide to understand the donor requirements and potential implementable livelihood activities; developed questionnaires for KIIs & FGDs to understand need; supervised the data collection; held meetings with finance departments to put together a robust budget; based on data analyses created workplan, logframe, outputs and outcomes section and an evaluation and monitoring plan. This was a very demanding assignment since I had to work with a team I wasn’t acquainted with, an organization. I was able to quickly turn all of that around and learn about the organization, adapt to the team’s rhythm, and deliver the task in hand, on time.
Consultant

We also conducted a dissemination workshop for the ECHO and DRC management team of our methodology, findings, and recommendation.
