Originally hired as VP of Operations, I was responsible for the consolidation of 14 locations in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh into one 600,000 sq. ft. facility in East Butler PA. Through the coordination and cooperation of dedicated group of professionals the project was accomplished on time. A major benefit of the move was the design and layout of the facility to optimize material movements. This allowed the company to manage time sensitive point of purchase display projects for major retailers through the facility.

As a re-manufacturer and distributor of automatic transmission parts, I was responsible for managing the quality, manufacturing, and distribution of the products we produced to a national market. I was a member of the 12 person executive management team that orchestrated a business turnaround from a $12M EBITDA deficit in 2001 to a favorable $24M EBITDA in 2003.
