My passion is helping people. As far back as I can remember, being around people energizes me every day. I am lucky to have found my purpose, in my personal life and career path. No matter who I have worked for, where I have lived or what role I am performing, the one thing that is always constant is helping people. I deeply believe if you make people feel valued and appreciated, it is one of the greatest gifts.I attended graphic arts school, after which I began my career as a graphic designer. Today I am part of the communication team here at Omnitech, we look at our Omnitech culture and our Sioux Falls community to cultivate learning and growth both internally and externally. Being a part of this group allows me to be creative in our approach to expand our presence in the community and ensure happy working conditions at the office. Omnitech it is a great place to work, I cannot say enough about the team, from the owners, to the engineers and everyone else on the team. These people are honest, kind, professionals, and exhibit great integrity. Omnitech is a small company in terms of total employees, I help with business leads, customer service, planning employee events and supporting other employees are just a few of the ways in which I have been able to add value to an organization. This is impactful for Omnitech as a whole; no one ever feels like they are on an island because everyone is willing to help out a fellow team member. Some of my skills that I bring to the organization are sales, recruiting, employee and client retention, customer service, mentoring, event planning, networking, social media, employee engagement and administration. Our approach is pretty simple, weather you are looking at Omnitech for an internship, new career path or to do business with us we want you to feel valued. I want to build relationships with people. Sharing the Omnitech story is my favorite part of my job. In a nutshell, I’d say it’s a pretty neat place to work.
