Correspond with all related parties in the disposition of all assets.

Coordinating closings of over $450 million in health care real estate assets. Monitored the timeline, prioritized work flow and managed multiple elements of the closing process of acquisitions and developments including but not limited to due diligence documentation, loan documents, entity formations and lender requirements. Instrumental in the closing of numerous transactions with REITs and single sale transactions including facilitating of Tenant Estoppels and SNDA(s).

Supervised branch operations for a national lending institution in all aspects of residential mortgage transaction including origination, processing, underwriting submission closing. Exceeded customer expectations in a high volume environment. Directed the daily activities of mortgage operations, productivity and ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements.
