About Michael Dejonghe
I'm currently working in the refractory services field. I am currently involved in the management and sales department at Chase Nedrow Refactories . Managing people and projects is one of my many strengths. I started out in the refractory industry fresh out of high school as a bricklayer. Ten years and two children later I decided it was time to stop traveling and stay closer to home. I then started my own construction company that very quickly found a unique niche. We raised homes and replaced or installed new basements and foundations.In 2001 we purchased Family Frosty, a ice cream parlor in our hometown. Shortly after that I built on Stone Mountain Family Fun Center, a large adventure golf course. Which I currently still own and operate with the help of my wife. In 2006 we decided it was time to slow down and let something go. So I began to work back in the refractory business for Nedrow Refractories. After a few years of doing all three things I closed my construction company and concentrated on refractory. I recently started in the sales department with Nedrow Refractories which brings me to where I am today.
