Constant and frequent communication with teams to ensure alignment with objectives.Technical product ownership and delivery - Responsible for a suite of products focused on increasing communication, utilisation and data sharing between Healthcare Providers via our “Open Platform”Creation and adoption of Agile methodologies - Acting as an Agile coach/mentor to improve practices, drive efficiency, autonomy and self determination in cross functional teamsRelease coordination - Managing complex releases with multiple contributing upstream, downstream and external contributorsRecruitment - Identifying needs of the teams, interviewing and selection of specialised development staff during time of growth, including a healthy intake of Graduates and Interns. Implemented technical testing as part of the recruitment process to ensure quality was substantiated by way of both objective and subjective criteria.
