Involved in maintaining schematics and parts list for nested based CNC/CAD-CAM machines. Involved in programming and parameter analysis of machines involved in various specific application. Involved in manufacturer’s data sheets collection for components of machines. Pursued for OEM and proprietary hardware related data and information gathering. Involved in auxiliary such as vacuum pump/dust collection/material lifters/chip removal, etc. Involved in implementation of safety standards and safe operating culture in environment. Maintained data/record consistent to fulfilling requirements of equipment insurance and coverage. Tracking and recording manufactures warranty coverage and follow up on equipment’s manufacturing defects to claim under warranty replacement.
