As a Computer Systems Engineering student at Carleton University, I am pursuing my passion for integrating electronics and programming into innovative solutions. I am currently in the Co-Op stream, which allows me to gain valuable hands-on experience in the industry and apply my academic knowledge to real-world problems.My most recent Co-Op placement is at Blackberry QNX, where I work as a Field Application Engineering Student where I create demos using computer vision/object detection, motor controllers and ROS2 running on the QNX operating system for Field Application Engineers to demo to customers and at trade shows. Prior to this, I worked as a BSP & Driver Development Student for 8 months. In this role, I collaborate with customers on developing and deploying board support packages, and assist them with their requests and issues. I have also worked as a Hardware Design Engineering Student at Arkalumen, where I designed and tested electronic circuits and PCBs for LED lighting products. Outside of work and school, I enjoy exploring my personal areas of interest, such as robotics, automation, ADAS, and anything that combines electronics with mechanical systems. I also like to spend my free time in the outdoors, sailing, skateboarding, and off-roading. I am always eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and make a positive impact in my life.
