Build strategy and growth vision w/data-driven experiments, grew from 250+ members active discord community, to a peer support matchmaking platform with 800+ of beta users, to a community-building marketplace with three providers and 1,000's of users in alpha, but with the mental health industry changing, we didn't build the right insurance relationships in time to reach scalability.

After completing most of my leadership development training, I was offered a position serving as the AI Solutions Product Manager for the Chief Data Office on the AI Capabilities team working with Digital Assistance & Customer Insight products.

Worked with AVP in initiating Project ICON, a multi-million-dollar data acquisition and analysis platform designed to reduce energy usage and operational expense by $50 million annually•Managed cross-functional teams of internal specialists and external vendors as program manager for several ICON sub-projects•Conceptualized and executed a method of obtaining data on energy consumption for display and analysis at large telecommunications facilities, displaying monthly reports which saved 80% on data collection time•Implemented new sensors for Project Icon, which allowed for better visibility for senior leadership to understand financial metrics
