Responsibilities:-- I have conduct the RCA(Root Cause Analysis) sessions with Associates to better understand and acknowledge the process problems and difficulties.- Prepare Report like Quality Dashboards Monthly and Quarterly, Maintain team attendance and leave tracker.- Maintain the process update log note & I do work of Quality check for all ongoing projects.- To Help the team for improve the productivity and conduct daily team meetings to resolve team problems and according to the plan our first priority is don't facing the error, zero escalations and maintain the 100% accuracy. I have maintain my all the Dump sheet data securely to required for QC, dashboard, summary, action item tracker, team info, parameters, defeat analysis. - As a role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) conduct training of new hires/joiners/freshers. Apart from utilization I have contribute query resolution for my teammate.- I am ensure to verify client's application access for all our team members and periodically maintain all that CAA reports in Microsoft Forms.- I am organized the PKT (Process Knowledge Test) in every month for better acknowledgement regarding our process. - I have create Daily, Monthly and Quarterly MIS. I have collate Daily MIS.(MIS = Management Information System)- I am motivated to all my team colleagues through doing more & more additional orders accomplishment because It is the best way to show off about your passion & your working attitude with your dedication for achieving higher results of success from the onshore client side. which shows more impactful performance for your daily target achievement. - SMART goals, meaning specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound, which helps promote employee and organizational success. - I am collect all Samples in my MIS for QC as well as in my Tracker for that order management month wise folders category, queue, status, task, division, Salesforce ticket samples all that things keep into my workbook.
