BUILDING SOLUTIONS• Implementation and customization for customer solution projects using the coding capabilities of the Salesforce platform and/or integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met• Work with project team, customer subject matter experts (SMEs), and or information technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks• Utilize Salesforce’s development platform (Apex, LWC, CPQ) to build custom solutions• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) regarding Salesforce’s capabilities and functionalities• Work under general direction and independently determine and develop approach to solutions • Implement solutions to meet requirements of customer User StoriesCUSTOMER FOCUS• Respond to a variety of broad questions and concerns from stakeholders and communicate the status of requests; document findings and actions• Provide support to Client's customers with agreed upon time frame• Provide an excellent level of customer service to ensure customer success and meet customer satisfaction survey expectations• Advise project team/customers on whether to implement a declarative or code-based solution• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the duration of the project• Consistently complete project tasks on time and on budget TEAM FOCUS/COLLABORATION• Assist with setting Salesforce implementation development standards.• Deliver results working with 3rd party delivery partners and customer teams,• Work with stakeholders, customer subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or information technology personnel to complete Salesforce implementation tasks, as required.• Effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization (both client's organization and customer organizations)
