Responsibilities :-•Managing complete recruitment life cycle, Understanding the requirement, Initial scrutiny of the bio-data, sourcing profiles (Portals, Job Posting, Referrals, Mass Mailing), scheduling the interviews, negotiating salaries, and finally ensuring joining of suitable candidate with reference checks.•Take Preliminary HR round.•Taking care of Manpower Requirement for the company.•Recruiting, selecting, orienting, maintaining a safe and secure work environment developing personal growth opportunities.•Implementing various Recruitment strategies for attracting talents.•Involved in Employee Communication.•Understanding of internal requirements and expectations out of the position and accordingly follow the search.•Good Negotiation and closure skills.•Exposure includes fulfilling all the Internal staffing needs of the Organization.•Maintaining Employee Records.•Screen resumes, coordinate schedule technical interviews, complete references and negotiate job offers with candidates.•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
