Being Graduate Student Ambassadors, I represent their graduate programs in partnership with the BSBE Graduate Recruitment Team to aid with the outreach and recruitment of prospective students. As, representatives of the Bryan School, I as Graduate Student Ambassadors uphold the highest standards of customer service and positively promote the Bryan School.

• Executed end to end people analytics Power BI dashboards - understanding requirement, performing data manipulation, dashboard development, data validation and presenting to the stakeholders.• Interpreted data focusing on engagement, organization structuring, promotion, retention and recruiting with a focus on female representation and ethnic diversity of the firm.• Participated in evaluation, reporting, and analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions.• Empowered HR business partners with improved tools and training to easily access, understand and act on people data.• Prepared ad-hoc analysis for the Divisional Vice President of Human Resources and other senior management team members as requested.• Used Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX extensively to analyze the data• Gathered data from SQL server database using SQL query commands
