Currently I’m studying MBM third semester,I have more than two years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry or in the customer service department. I can use GDS skills effectively specifically I’m more confident to use Sabre for the ticketing, fare calculations and transfers. I also have one year plus customer service representative experience from here Australia. While working in the various companies I did well in the time management, team working and I always maintained customer relationships through better communication.
