I am responsible for the Talent Acquisition and playing a key role as Talent Acquisition Consultant to provide cost effective & optimal staffing solutions to the various entities for HP- India. My responsibilities include:• To Engage with hiring managers in managing the recruitment of regular hiring for the assigned business group• Understand customer requirements and translating into service delivery by time, cost etc.• Work closely with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities• Evaluate skill level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.• External sourcing and short listing of suitable candidates ensuring an active funnel & pipeline of candidates• Initiation of Background verification for offered Candidates• Advice on a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends• Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate• Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters.• Liaison with other HR department, involved in candidate on-boarding.• Handling Agencies, regular follow up & coordination with Agencies. Regular vendor meets.• Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reviews with the Tower heads & with the team• Responsible for ISO Audit (Internal & External) • 100% Compliance with Country / regional / Global recruitment process.• Involved in hiring events in Bangalore and outstation events• Liaison with other HR department, involved in candidate on-boarding.• Conduct Candidate and Hiring Manager satisfaction surveyLead generation through Techniques like Passive Sourcing through LinkedIn / Social NetworkInternet Souring Techniques: Peeling Back / X-Raying / Flipping / Harvesting / Boolean Keys/Glass door/ Bull horn
